hi readers, long time din't update my blog d..cny is comin soon busy lol..i have weekend class next week until 31 jan...this year really pack dun have much time..mostly time is occupies by class..i wish i can do cookies and cake this year..

wow, quite some time didn't upload my blog, new semester starting o..last month 29jun went to klang n kl with frenz during my last semester holiday..quite fun trips experience the different culture of living style n yummy food especially at klang...n i oso went to sunway lagoon..hehe..there some photo upload at facebook so i didn't upload here seen my connection here very slow it take long time to upload those picture..after this trips i tin should be enough for "charging battery" is a new start n need more energy to start my new course n must study hard..For mostly of the girl wil have Shopaholic i oso one of them (my frenz who going trips with me most probably think of why me buy a lot of things n without control they juz look around n buy few things only haha~)..well mayb i tin those things is more cheaper compare to kch especially the clothes..juz view kim blog last few days, she oso shopahaolic hehe..kim we never shopping together de..hehe..n kah ling too..most probably we juz meet up at restaurant only..hehe..next time we should plan it..that all for 2day..

ehm..ehm..*cough* so many dust here..haha ^.^quite a month plus didn't upload my blog..busy n feel lazy le..nothin much to write here..juz draftly write wat happen..20 march 2010 is my CAT gradution..a nice day feel great that can join the ceremony.. thank for my frenz we having a nice moment studying 2gether have fun 2gether..i would not upload the photo here..go have a look at fb there bcoz the camera not with me lol..my sister help me upload..thank for my dearest sis..a nice lily flower she gave for my graduation as a motivation to me..*thank* a nice day we have 2gether will all the other frenz..dis coming having a class again for long hours session class..no more weekend ==

it has been quite a time didnt update my blog d..wat can i say is busy busy..the class time is so pack n a lot of assignment need to do and doing part time job...busy until cny cookies also do in last minute..really tired rushing doing cookies..11 feb after go back from town doing cookies and cake until 12 sometin nite..next morning start doing at 9.30 morning until 12 sometin nite.. huh!! really tired..13 feb nite go back to grandmum house having dinner..first day of cny busy a lot of ppl visiting tired serving them..non stop coming de.."hin~~"..hahaha..3rd day go visiting some frenz house.. then 4th day go helping at grandmom shop a lot of ppl..biz not bad o..every year surely been pick name to go shop there helping..haiya~~ tired..today lazy...din't go helping.. at home doing assignment.. 2molo and sunday need to go helping at shop again lol..=.="".. feel this year cny time past very fast and rushing day..wish everyone "new year new hope".. all the wish come true..

finally the exam come to the end..long time didn't online..i have try my best to prepare the exam..for t10 exam is not easy..i do a mistake of npv question i can't get negative for npv..aiyo.. hopefully can pass nia that enough for me..now having holiday already.. let it be..now want to enjoy my holiday we only having semester break for 2 time a year only so want enjoy my holiday well .. YEah..two or three weeks before exam also do some baking at home if every study will become crazy lol..haha..

Yesterday, no class so decided to make donuts seem the recipe with me long time oledi always din't do so i try it yesterday.very tired o bcoz using my hand instead of bread machine or mixer... let have a look..

Mix all ingredients roll to become dough..Let it rise..

rising!! keep bigger and bigger..

Tada!! Finish rising after 1 ~ 1.30 hours..

roll the dough to square shape then use donut cutter to shape it..then let it rise for the second time..

after second rising not much different only rise 15 min only..

This year quite different from pass few year mooncake festival is i making my own crystal mooncake..my classmates especially irene who is the want do the mooncake first..then i also try to do..recently craving with baking making own baking at home..not bad quite successful for the second time..first time the skin of crystal too hard...i didn't take photo ofwhole process while making mooncake..hand very sticky..so i just take the mooncake photo after finish..

update my blog..recently in bad luck.. last wednesday go to mend the eyebrow with frenz..then my phone drop into water...really uncluk lol.. don't no got "pantang" or not? after do the eyebrow then bad lucky turn to me..haiya.. then send my phone to kenyalang workshop.. dunno wat to do.. after back home dad asking y i send the phone to other shop since my phone is under warranty..haiya how did i know after the phone open by others it have no warranty anymore..haiya =.=" i really dunno.. then ask my uncle send to the warranty workshop then after checking i get back last nite.. then still got problem..then need to send to workshop again..din't have phone to take picture.. after thinking i was wonder since secondary school like i can't use the better phone "more function n with good camera" i always keep changing phone.. my phone always got many problem wan..maybe i really not suitable to have a good phone.. dun u think so?? give me some comment frenz..hope my fortune change..good luck..God bless..

My CAT results oledi release since monday.. but i have no time to post my blog.. yeah! i pass my final exam because when sitting the exam i dun think i do very well..wait for so long the exam is on june then need to wait til august the result release..but at last i pass..only left 2 paper to finish my CAT course..then can graduate..then i can continue my ACCA (more advanced paper)..Thank god! Congrat to others friends too who passing the exam.. Our national day is coming soon..i heard this song from radio station is quite nice songs.. i like it.. let share wit u guys abt this song call "satu malaysia"..let enjoy it..

I have been to Damai last sunday but lazy to post.. until now baru post lol..quite funs..with 11 frenz including me..the weather is sunny so we can play water for the whole day..we move from kuching at 1 oclok arrive there around 1 sometin almost 2pm oledi..6 of us share one room and the other 5 share one room..at nite play UNO and chatting til around 12 sometin..and around 5.30 wake up we decide go see sunrise but wait until 6am still can't c o..the sun is cover by the big mountain so we juz go to beach playing at the sea there then having breakfast then go back to beach again..until 11 sometin we check out and back to kuching lol.. only take some photo only so i post few lol..

2、油性肌肤的保养方法油性肌肤容易出油，毛孔较粗大，因此要注重洗脸，以彻底清洁肌肤，而保持肌肤的干爽。但是一天洗脸次数不宜超过三次，以免破坏皮肤本身的保护膜。油性肌肤的人可以拍上含微量酒精的化妆水来收敛皮肤，再搽上低油脂的乳液或日、晚霜，每周再用深层洁肤面膜做敷脸二至三次，吸收过多的油脂，防止皮脂发炎，预防青春痘。

3、干性肌肤保养重点：干性肌肤容易有皮肤干燥、缺水、产生小细纹的困扰，故应着重水分的补充与保湿产品的使用。除了正常的保养程序，每月一次用温和的去角质霜清除老化角质，帮助细胞吸收保养品，或是使用保湿面膜做清洁与水分补充。

Toe Dip

A. Lie on your back with your legs up and bent at 90 degrees—thighs straight up and calves parallel to the floor. Rest your hands at your sides, palms down. Keep your abs contracted and press your lower back toward the floor.

B. Inhale and lower your left leg for a count of two ("down, down"), moving only from your hip and dipping your toes toward the floor (without letting them actually touch it). Exhale and raise your leg back to the starting position for a count of two ("up, up"). Repeat with your right leg and continue alternating until you've done 12 reps with each leg.

Leg Circle

A. Lie on your back with your legs extended along the floor. Raise your left leg toward the ceiling, with toes pointed and hands at your sides, palms down. Hold for 10 to 60 seconds. (If this position is uncomfortable, you can bend your right leg and place your right foot flat on the floor.)

B. Make a small circle on the ceiling with your left toes, rotating your leg from your hip. Inhale as you begin the circle and exhale as you finish. Keep your body as still as possible—no rocking—by tightening your abs. Do six circles, then reverse direction for six more. Repeat with your other leg.

Crisscross

A. Start as in the Toe Dip but with your hands behind your head, elbows out to the sides. Curl up to raise your head, neck, and shoulders off the floor.

B. As you inhale, rotate your torso to the right, bringing your right knee and left shoulder toward each other and extending your left leg toward the ceiling in a diagonal line from your hips. As you exhale, rotate to the left, bringing your left knee toward your right shoulder and extending your right leg. That's one rep. Do six reps.

Leg Kick

A. Lie on your left side with your legs straight and together so your body forms one long line. Prop yourself up on your left elbow and forearm, lifting your ribs off the floor and your head toward the ceiling. Place your right hand lightly on the floor in front of you for balance. (If this position is uncomfortable, extend your left arm on the floor and rest your head on your arm.) Raise your right leg to hip level and flex your foot so your toes are pointing forward.

B. Exhale as you kick, swinging your right leg forward as far as comfortably possible and pulsing for two counts ("kick, kick"). Inhale, point your toes, and swing your leg back past your left leg. That's one rep. Do six reps without lowering your leg. Then switch sides and repeat.

Back Extension with Rotation

A. Lie on your stomach with your forehead on your hands, palms on the floor. Separate your feet to hip width. Pull abs in.

B. Raise your head, shoulders, and chest off the floor. Rotate your upper body to the right and back to the center, then lower. Repeat to the left side and continue alternating until you've done six rotations to each side.

Side Bend

A. Sit on your left hip with your left leg bent in front of you and your left hand beneath your shoulder. Place your right foot flat on the floor just in front of your left foot so your right knee points to the ceiling. Rest your right arm on your right knee.

B. Pull your abdominals in, press into your left hand, and lift your hips off the floor. As you come up onto your left knee, straighten your right leg and raise your right arm over your head so you form a line from your right fingers to your right toes. Hold for 10 to 30 seconds. Lower and repeat on the other side.

Yesterday having gathering with NS jie mei..but it a rainy day..sob...

i get a new sim card from the digi centre oledi i still using same phone no.. send me ur phone no to me..but i haven't get a new phone yet.. so i check my messaging using other phone lol..life without phone make me feel lack of something.. i will get a phone asap..

After the incidents, a lotof the troublesome things... i can't drive for the moment pity odilia she need to drive for the remaining week.. i will need to replace a new IC first then i can replace a driving license.. will redo the IC after exam mayb on wed on thu day like dat lol.. that all for today post..

Unlucky day-i have been robbed..

This morning around 8.45am after park the car at the car park.. odilia (my classmates n friends) and me was walking to the school in the way going to school i have been robbed.. i didn't realise they any motorbike pass through me.. by the time i oledi fall down.. after i fall down i juz realise my bag is been robbed.. i am very nervous and at the same time my mind was blur.. i haven have any chance take any action at all such like use my umbrella throw to the robber o use whatever things throw to the robber...there no other people besides us.. haiya...although my bag is big but nothing much in my bag only a pencil box,my phone,house key,my pen drive..the troublesome thing is all my IC, driving license, ACCA card(exam card), access card all been lose..need to redo again..but i m not free i having exam on next week.. i need to do preparation for exam why this things happen to me???? make me feel didn't have mood to study for the exam..for friends know me in the real life please send ur phone no to me if u c this post.. coz i loss the phone sim card..i will get back my new sim card soon(if possible) but i think between one week or 2 week times... i will still use the same phone no..i miss my things much especially inside my pencil box got a lot of things that i have use for few years..(my calculators, phone,tupperware bottle and others)..haiya unlucky day!!

This week nothing much just at usual.. go school n study!! Wed go dancing class..On thursay after school go to shop with odilia and bought a pair of shoes. ^.^ then friday got an extra class at nite..so tired driving coz my home quite far from college it take 30-35 min one way...so i spend a lot of time on journey to college.. last nite go out eating with family.. quiet a long time we didn't go out eating together at nite coz sis busy with her work and day oso busy.. did u guys feel that my blog is less photo?? yup i m using old phone k700 the camera not good so i can't take photo is blur..my blog is have more photo..bcoz i decide to buy a new phone C902 with have 5 megapixel of camera WOW !!waiting my new phone..hope get it soon..ha..that for this week.. the coming week will be busy coz my progess test 2 is coming soon.. let share with u guys how C902 look like.. 1. It boosts the immune system
Our ability to fight infections tends to decline as we get older, but studies show that older people who get six hours of moderate exercise a week have an immune response similar to that of someone in their 20s.

2. It guards against Parkinson's
A Harvard University analysis of 48,000 men found that the most active were 50 per cent less likely to develop Parkinson's disease than the least active. Those who'd been vigorously active as young men cut the risk by 60 per cent.

3. It could slow prostate cancer
A 14-year Harvard study found that men over 65 doing at least three hours of running, cycling, swimming, etc, a week had a 70 per cent lower risk of being diagnosed with advanced or fatal prostate cancer.

4. It might fight Alzheimer's
An experiment at the University of California, using mice bred to develop Alzheimer's disease, found those given access to running wheels were better at puzzle solving and had 50 per cent lower levels of a protein in their bodies associated with the disease. A study in Honolulu found men who walked less than 400 metres a day had almost twice the risk of dementia in later life.

5. It may have more effect on heart health than obesity
A US study of 936 women with chest pain and/or suspected narrowing of the arteries found those who were over-weight didn't actually have a greater likelihood of being diagnosed with heart disease, but those with low levels of physical activity did.

Valentine's Day or Saint Valentine's Day is a holiday celebrated on February 14 by many people throughout the world. In the West, it is the traditional day on which lovers express their love for each other by sending Valentine's cards, presenting flowers, or offering confectionery. The day was originally a pagan festival that was renamed after two Early Christian martyrs named Valentine. The day became associated with romantic love in the circle of Geoffrey Chaucer in the High Middle Ages, when the tradition of courtly love flourished.
The day is most closely associated with the mutual exchange of love notes in the form of "valentines." Modern Valentine symbols include the heart-shaped outline, doves, and the figure of the winged Cupid. Since the 19th century, handwritten notes have largely given way to mass-produced greeting cards. The sending of Valentines was a fashion in nineteenth-century Great Britain, and, in 1847, Esther Howland developed a successful business in her Worcester, Massachusetts home with hand-made Valentine cards based on British models. The popularity of Valentine cards in 19th-century America was a harbinger of the future commercialization of holidays in the United States.

In the West

Europe

Valentine's Day has regional traditions in the UK. In Norfolk, a character called 'Jack' Valentine knocks on the rear door of houses leaving sweets and presents for children. Although he was leaving treats, many children were scared of this mystical person. In Wales, many people celebrate Dydd Santes Dwynwen (St Dwynwen's Day) on January 25 instead of or as well as St Valentine's Day. The day commemorates St Dwynwen, the patron saint of Welsh lovers. In France, a traditionally Catholic country, Valentine's Day is known simply as "Saint Valentin", and is celebrated in much the same way as other western countries. In Spain Valentine's Day is known as "San Valentín" and is celebrated the same way as in the U.K, although in Catalonia it is largely superseded by similar festivities of rose and/or book giving on La Diada de Sant Jordi (Saint George's Day). In Portugal it's more commom refered to it as "Dia dos Namorados" (Boy/Girlfriend's Day).
In Denmark and Norway, Valentine's Day (14 Feb) is known as Valentinsdag. It is not celebrated to a large extent, but a lot people take time to eat a romantic dinner with their partner, to send a card to a secret love or give a red rose to their loved one. In Sweden it is called Alla hjärtans dag ("All Hearts' Day") and was launched in the 1960s by the flower industry's commercial interests, and due to influence of American culture. It is not an official holiday, but its celebration is recognized and sales of cosmetics and flowers for this holiday are only bested by those for Mother's Day.
In Finland Valentine's Day is called Ystävänpäivä which translates into "Friend's day". As the name indicates, this day is more about remembering all your friends, not only your loved ones. In Estonia Valentine's Day is called Sõbrapäev, which has a similar meaning.
In Slovenia, a proverb says that "St Valentine brings the keys of roots," so on February 14, plants and flowers start to grow. Valentine's Day has been celebrated as the day when the first works in the vineyards and on the fields commence. It is also said that birds propose to each other or marry on that day. Nevertheless, it has only recently been celebrated as the day of love. The day of love is traditionally March 12, the Saint Gregory's day. Another proverb says "Valentin - prvi spomladin" ("Valentine — first saint of spring"), as in some places (especially White Carniola) Saint Valentine marks the beginning of spring.
In Romania, the traditional holiday for lovers is Dragobete, which is celebrated on February 24. It is named after a character from Romanian folklore who was supposed to be the son of Baba Dochia. Part of his name is the word drag ("dear"), which can also be found in the word dragoste ("love"). In recent years, Romania has also started celebrating Valentine's Day, despite already having Dragobete as a traditional holiday. This has drawn backlash from many groups, reputable persons and institutions but also nationalist organizations like Noua Dreaptǎ, who condemn Valentine's Day for being superficial, commercialist and imported Western kitsch.
Valentine's Day is called Sevgililer Günü in Turkey, which translates into "Sweethearts' Day".
According to Jewish tradition the 15th day of the month of Av - Tu B'Av (usually late August) is the festival of love. In ancient times girls would wear white dresses and dance in the vineyards, where the boys would be waiting for them (Mishna Taanith end of Chapter 4). In modern Israeli culture this is a popular day to pronounce love, propose marriage and give gifts like cards or flowers.

Central and South America
In Guatemala, Valentine's Day is known as "Día del Amor y la Amistad" (Day of Love and Friendship). Although it is similar to the United States' version in many ways, it is also common to see people do "acts of appreciation" for their friends.
In Brazil, the Dia dos Namorados (lit. "Day of the Enamored", or "Boyfriends'/Girlfriends' Day") is celebrated on June 12, when couples exchange gifts, chocolates, cards and flower bouquets. This day was chosen probably because it is the day before the Festa junina’s Saint Anthony's day, known there as the marriage saint, when traditionally many single women perform popular rituals, called simpatias, in order to find a good husband or boyfriend. The February 14's Valentine's Day is not celebrated at all, mainly for cultural and commercial reasons, since it usually falls too little before or after Carnival, a major floating holiday in Brazil — long regarded as a holiday of sex and debauchery by many in the country— that can fall anywhere from early February to early March.
In Venezuela, in 2009, President Hugo Chavez said in a meeting to his supporters for the upcoming referendum vote on February 15th, that "since on the 14th, there will be no time of doing nothing, nothing or next to nothing ... maybe a little kiss or something very superficial", he recommended people to celebrate a week of love after the referendum vote.
In most of South America the Día del amor y la amistad (lit. "Love and Friendship Day") and the Amigo secreto ("Secret friend") are quite popular and usually celebrated together on the 14 of February (one exception is Colombia, where it is celebrated on September 20). The latter consists of randomly assigning to each participant a recipient who is to be given an anonymous gift (similar to the Christmas tradition of Secret Santa).

Asia
Thanks to a concentrated marketing effort, Valentine's Day is celebrated in some Asian countries with Pakistan, Singaporeans, Chinese and South Koreans spending the most money on Valentine's gifts.
In Japan, in 1960, Morinaga, one of the biggest Japanese confectionery companies, originated the present custom that only women may give chocolates to men. In particular, office ladies will give chocolate to their co-workers. One month later, in March 14, there is the White Day, created by the Japanese National Confectionery Industry Association as a "reply day", where men are expected to return the favour to those who gave them chocolates on Valentine's Day. Unlike western countries, gifts such as candies, flowers, or dinner dates are uncommon. It has become an obligation for many women to give chocolates to all male co-workers. A man's popularity can be measured for how many chocolate they receive on that day; the amount of chocolate received is a touchy issue for men, and they will only comment on it after getting assurances that the amount won't be made public. This is known as giri-choko (義理チョコ), from the words giri ("obligation") and choko, ("chocolate"), with unpopular co-workers receiving only "ultra-obligatory" chō-giri choko cheap chocolate. This contrasts with honmei-choko (本命チョコ); chocolate given to a loved one. Friends, especially girls, may exchange chocolate referred to as tomo-choko (友チョコ); from tomo meaning "friend".
In South Korea, women give chocolate to men on February 14, and men give non-chocolate candy to women on March 14. On April 14 (Black Day), those who did not receive anything on the 14th of Feb or March go to a Chinese restaurant to eat black noodles and "mourn" their single life. Koreans also celebrate Pepero Day on November 11, when young couples give each other Pepero cookies. The date '11/11' is intended to resemble the long shape of the cookie. The 14th of every month marks a love-related day in Korea, although most of them are obscure. From January to December: Candle Day, Valentine's Day, White Day, Black Day, Rose Day, Kiss Day, Silver Day, Green Day, Music Day, Wine Day, Movie Day, and Hug Day.[citation needed]
In China, the common situation is the man gives chocolate, flowers or both to the woman that he loves. In Chinese, Valentine's Day is called (simplified Chinese: 情人节; traditional Chinese: 情人節; pinyin: qīng rén jié).
In the Philippines, Valentine's Day is called "Araw ng mga Puso" or "Hearts Day". It is usually marked by a steep increase in the prices of flowers.

Similar Asian traditions
In Chinese culture, there is an older observance related to lovers. It is called "The Night of Sevens" (Chinese: 七夕; pinyin: Qi Xi). According to the legend, the Cowherd star and the Weaver Maid star are normally separated by the milky way (river) but are allowed to meet by crossing it on the 7th day of the 7th month of the Chinese calendar.
An observance on the same day in Korea is called Chilseok, but its association with romance has long faded.[citation needed]
In Japan, a slightly different version of 七夕 (called Tanabata, which is said to mean 棚機 a weaver for a god) is celebrated, on July 7 on the Gregorian calendar. The legend behind it is similar to the Chinese one.[citation needed]However, it is never regarded that the celebration is even remotely related with the St. Valentine's Day or lovers giving gifts to each other.

The Middle East
In Iranian culture, Sepandarmazgan is a day for love, which is on 29 Bahman in the Jalali solar calendar of Iran. The corresponding date in the Gregorian calendar is February 17. Valentine's day is currently celebrated in Iran despite some restrictions made by government; young Iranian boys and girls are seen on this day going out and buying gifts and celebrating.
In Saudi Arabia in 2008, religious police banned the sale of all Valentine's Day items, telling shop workers to remove any red items, as the day is considered an un-Islamic holiday. This ban created a black market of roses and wrapping paper

My CAT results of T3, T4 and T5 which will release on Monday.. very nervous .. i think i m lack of preparation that why!!.. because of the intake our class time is so packed.. usually people take 3mths to finish the course but we take 2mths to finish the course lol... and our paper is external paper so we only sit for the exam on twice a year.. that mean if u fail at the june exam then u need to resit at december... hopefully i can pass the paper.. at least pass two out of three is enough for me.. if not need to spend money again.. each paper cost RM300.. 3 paper will cost RM 900!!!! Arg!! Wish myself Good luck !!
